Designed to dry up to 1.5" wide ink pattern
The LightSpeed LSLII-3, LSHII-2 & LSHII-3 dryers are designed for the 1" print-heads and
will dry up to a 1.5" wide ink pattern. Typical line speeds range from 300-1000 FPM and will
dry solvent and water base inks. With cost, speed and efficiency as the primary goal, these
LightSpeed dryers will economically allow you to increase line speed to the full capacity
of your ink-jet printing stations.
- LightSpeed LSLII-3, LSHII-2 & LSHII-3 dryers come complete with (1) control system,
(1) drying module with blower assembly, Fannon energy efficient lamps, pre-wired with
quick disconnect package, ready to mount on most webs or transports.

2.77" Print-Head LightSpeed® Series: LSHII-3W & LSHII-4
Designed to dry up to a 3.25" wide ink pattern
The LightSpeed LSHII-3W & LSHII-4 dryers are designed for the 2.77" print-heads and will
dry up to a 3.25" wide ink pattern. Typical line speeds range from 300-1000 FPM and
will dry solvent and water base inks. Again, with cost, speed and efficiency as the
primary goal, these LightSpeed dryers will allow you to maximize all the benefits
from your ink-jet printing equipment.
- LightSpeed LSHII-3W & LSHII-4 dryers come complete with (1) control system, (1) drying

module with (2) blower assemblies, Fannon energy efficient lamps, pre-wired with quick
disconnect package, ready to mount to most webs or transports.

Dual Print-Head LightSpeed® Series: FPDL-12 & FPDH-12
Designed to dry up to (2) 5.5" wide ink pattern or (1) 11" wide ink pattern
The LightSpeed FPDL-12 & FPDH-12 dual drying systems are designed to dry (2) separate 4.25" print-heads
or (1) 11" wide ink pattern. Typical line speeds range from 300-1000 FPM and will dry solvent and water base inks.
The control system allows for independent control of each drying module, providing the operator with maximum
control over the drying process.
- The LightSpeed FPDL-12 & FPDH-12 dual drying systems come complete with (1) control
system, (2) drying modules with blower assemblies, Fannon energy efficient lamps,
pre wired with quick disconnect package, ready to mount to most webs or transports.

Multi-zone Web Dryer LightSpeed® Series: FPW
Designed to dry up to a 40" wide ink pattern
LightSpeed FPW web drying systems are designed to dry ink-jet printing on web presses.
Dryer modules are available in 16", 25", 38", and 58" heated lengths, and 12", 18",
24", 30", 36", and 42" heated widths. Dryer modules are divided into 6" wide heat zones
that can be selectively turned ON or OFF across the web. Typical line speeds range
from 300 FPM up to 1000+ FPM.
- Custom size web dryers are available upon request

Fannon Products High Efficiency Infrared Lamps
- Fannon Products, LLC manufactures the high efficiency infrared lamps that
go into our drying systems.
- Fannon high efficiency lamps are proven to be up to 50% more efficient than
a standard infrared lamp. The efficiency gain allows for faster line speeds and
reduced electrical consumption.
- The 24K gold reflector on the lamp directs virtually 100% of the infrared emitted from
the lamp in one direction - at the paper. By focusing the infrared heat where it is
needed, the drying module and surrounding equipment operates cooler.
- The combination of lamp efficiency, focused infrared heat and airflow, cooler equipment
temperatures, and the conveyor interlock control, users of Fannon Products, LLC drying
systems have eliminated their problems with overheating belts and dangerous paper fires.
- Upgrade your existing dryers with Fannon high efficiency lamps. Replacement lamps are
available for any make of drying system. Fannon high efficiency lamps cost less than our
competitors standard infrared lamps.
